Evangelos was born in Ioannina in 1981 and he is proud student of Kostas Domenikiotis. His band is Behind the Smokescreen, also placed in Ioannina. Their music style is aggressive groove metal influenced by bands such as Pantera, Machine Head, Lamb of God etc. They have shared stages with great musicians like Phil Campbell, Gus G, Diviner, Furor, Planet of Zeus etc.
